This is a very beautiful, slightly milky rock crystal with intergrown black tourmaline crystals (Schörl). Such crystals are very rare and are called tourmaline quartz. It has partially clear spots and the tourmalines are slightly greenish in some places.
We get our crystals straight from the mines, straight from the people who dig up the stones. We regularly visit mines in person several times a year. In the mines where our crystals are found, there is guaranteed no child labor and we pay attention to the protection of our employees. We have documented this in a film that is regularly shown in the museum. The miners get a fair price for their crystals.
