Extraordinary natural amethyst druse from Brazil with a large smoky quartz blossom, which itself consists of nothing but double-ender crystals grown together. The rim is made of rock crystal and blue-green agate, the reverse side is made of volcanic rock called basalt. The smoky quartz flower is hollow and formed from a metharmorphism of quartz to anydrite. This is very rare. The rim has been cut and polished, the crystals inside glitter and shine strongly and have not been worked. The amethyst druse is an approximately 100 million year old gas bubble from a volcano. We get our amethyst druses and crystals directly from the mines, directly from the people who dig the stones. We personally visit mines several times a year on a regular basis. In the mines where our crystals are found, we guarantee that there is no child labor and we take care to protect our employees. We have documented this in a film that is regularly shown in the museum. The miners receive a fair price for their crystals.
