Description: From the color and shape very beautiful deep dark lapis lazuli natural stone from Afghanistan. Very nice blue hue in great quality. The color is completely natural. The stone has not been dyed or varnished. Individual freeform cut with a straight standing surface. The piece is polished all around and has many golden pyrite veins and white calcite veins. Very nice decorative object. The white veins are not cracks but fine lines in the stone filled by nature with other minerals like calcite and pyrite.
We get our minerals directly from the mines, directly from the people who dig the stones. We personally visit the mines and mining areas several times a year on a regular basis. In the mines where our crystals are found, we guarantee that there is no child labor and we pay attention to the protection of the employees. We have documented this in a film that is regularly shown in the museum. The miners receive a fair price for their crystals.
