The large twin citrine crystal with smoky quartz has a great colour, lots of clear spots and great, colorful inclusions. The tip is very clear for this size and has many inclusions shimmering in all rainbow colors. This makes the crystal very exciting because it shines differently from each side. The photos were taken with different lighting. With light from above also from below, with the crystal standing on a beech wood base with warm light. Some of the inclusions look like mysterious streaks and mists of small water or air bubbles, some of which run parallel to one another in the crystal, or one feels reminded of structures from space, as seen in images from the Hubble telescope. The crystal has been cut at the end where it grew so that it will stand securely on its own.
We get our crystals straight from the mines, straight from the people who dig up the stones. We regularly visit mines in person several times a year. In the mines where our crystals are found, there is guaranteed no child labor and we pay attention to the protection of our employees. We have documented this in a film that is regularly shown in the museum. The miners get a fair price for their crystals.
