Very nice opalescent matrix ammonite ( in original mother rock ). Its colors are completely natural and shine spectacularly. It is characterized by strong red and green tones, furthermore orange, golden, and in some places rare blue and purple colors can be seen. The center of the ammonite glows in all possible shades of red, depending on how you change your angle of view. This ammonite has all the characteristics why colorful Canadian ammonites are known worldwide and are so valuable. A dream piece in any home, office or the entryway of a beautiful mansion or company. The ammonite was found in a shale like clayey parent rock. On the back side, the rock was reinforced and an aluminum rail was embedded. With the counterpart of the aluminum rail, you can hang the ammonite free-floating without interfering angles or hooks safely on the wall.
