original rose quartz angel hand-cut in China from one piece of star rose quartz from Madagascar. The color is completely natural. Nothing has been dyed. The angel was only cut and polished, not varnished. It looks much nicer in the original color than it comes out in the pictures. The pictures are taken with warm and with cold light. The stone is very translucent for rose quartz with a great pink color. If you were to cut the stone into a sphere, it would show a star on the surface, as it contains many small golden rutile needles not visible to the naked eye, which show the optical effect of a star in the light.
