From the color and shape very beautiful dark natural amethyst druse from Uruguay. The rim is made of a narrow layer of brown agate. The reverse side is made of volcanic rock called basalt. The crystals inside glitter and shine strongly and have not been worked. The amethyst druse is a gas bubble from a volcano that is about 100 million years old. We get our amethyst druses and crystals directly from the mines, directly from the people who dig the stones. We personally visit mines several times a year on a regular basis. In the mines where our crystals are found, we guarantee that there is no child labor and we take care to protect our employees. We have documented this in a film that is regularly shown in the museum. The miners receive a fair price for their crystals.
