Description: Super clear, large, unworked maria glass crystal on a base of yellow anhydrite with various quartz crystal variations and agate stalactites reminiscent of coral and with yellow, partly cubic calcite crystals. The Marienglas has many small rock crystals grown into it and particularly beautiful reflective geometric abstract inclusions. The Marienglas was found in an amethyst mine, in a druse, a gas bubble of a volcano, which itself contained no amethyst.
We obtain our amethyst druses and crystals directly from the mines, directly from the people who excavate the stones. We regularly visit the mines in person several times a year. We guarantee that there is no child labor in the mines where our crystals are found and we pay attention to the protection of our employees. We have documented this in a film that is regularly shown in the museum. The miners receive a fair price for their crystals.
