Very beautiful amethyst heart from Uruguay. The rim is made of very wide rock crystal and blue-green agate, the back is made of volcanic rock called basalt. The rim has been cut and polished, the crystals inside sparkle and shine strongly and have not been worked. The amethyst comes from a gas bubble of a volcano about 100 million years old. The black lacquered metal stand is included in the delivery and already included in the price. We get our amethyst druses and crystals directly from the mines, directly from the people who dig the stones. We regularly visit mines in person several times a year. In the mines where our crystals are found, we guarantee there is no child labor and we take care to protect our employees. We have documented this in a film that is regularly shown in the museum. The miners receive a fair price for their crystals.
